Do you have delivery in the USA?
Yes, we deliver all over the world and in the USA as well.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery period depends on the delivery method you selected. Delivery by delivery service takes
approximately 2-10 business days, and the order is sent at 15 business days after placing the order.

Each order is negotiated individually. In reliance on complexity of the execution, the order period can be
increased.
How much is delivery to my city?
You can calculate the cost of delivery by the suggested methods when placing an order on the site.
Please note that for proper calculation of the delivery cost, all data must be specified correctly.
How can I track my order?
You can track the order and find out the delivery time after the order was sent by using the track number
we sent to the email address you specified.

If the product does not fit the size, is it possible to exchange or refund?
Yes, you can find the rules for exchanging/returning goods on the site in the section "RETURN AND
EXCHANGE". Please read this section and contact us by email return@arttogo-shop.com or submit a request from your personal account.
My size is not available, when will it be?
If you have any questions regarding the size or customization of the product, please contact us at
info@arttogo-shop.com or use a special form in your personal account on our website.
Our Manager will contact you and consult you on any issue.
Where is my order located?
If you made an order on our site, please wait for an email about sending it. The rules for sending orders can be found on our website in the section "Delivery and Payment". After sending your order, the Manager will send your track number to the email address you specified.
Where can I try on the product?
At the moment, we only have an online store with the ability to deliver worldwide.
What fabric is your clothing made of?
You can find an information about the composition of each product, as well as recommendations for its care in the description of each product; we work with high quality natural fabrics. We also use vintage fabrics in our production.
Can I book an item?
The product reservation is valid for 1 hour from the moment of placing the order. If you do not pay for
the order within this time, the reservation is automatically canceled.
Is it possible for you to make custom tailoring?
Custom-made clothing / bags require an entry in our ARTTOGO workshop. Please contact us by email to learn more.
Do you have a retail store?
No, so far we only have an online store.
