If you have any questions regarding the return or exchange of the product, please contact us at
return@arttogo-shop.com or use a special form in your personal account on our website.
In the message specify the following:
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Return of goods of proper quality is possible with some stipulations:
Not later than 14 calendar days after receiving it;
In original packaging;

Without sacrificing consumer performance and marketability;

Without traces of use (the item should not have been washed and worn);

• You need to have a payment receipt or proof of purchase;

* We strongly suggest you check the goods on receipt, especially before removing the tags and any
original packaging;

* In case product is returned for the store's reason, the store pays for the delivery costs.
If the product is returned for the buyer's reason, the buyer pays for the delivery costs.

Refund

As soon as we receive your product and make sure that it meets the return conditions, we will make out a refund for you.

If the product was paid for on the site using a credit card or other online payment methods, the funds for the product will be returned in the same way to the same account.

Please note that receipt of funds may take up to 10 business days from the date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse.
