Terms of delivery
Delivery methods
Orders in Ukraine are delivered: - by delivery service "Nova poshta" in 2-3 business days
Orders to other countries are delivered:
- By express delivery "DHL Express" in 2-10 business days
- By express delivery "FedEx" in 2-10 business days
Please note that the delivery period only includes working days, not including weekends, national or public holidays, and force majeure circumstances.
The delivery period for orders may be extended by the delivery service for an indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
* In case you have not received your order within 30 days after receiving the track number, please contact us at delivery@arttogo-shop.com.
Taxes and duties
– All goods purchased on the site and sent outside of Ukraine may be subject to import taxes, fees, VAT and import restrictions in the destination country specified by the buyer. Settlement of such taxes and duties is the buyers sole responsibility and their amount cannot be compensated by the store or calculated on the site in advance.
